GET /orgs/:id/public-name
Resolve an org UUID to its display name. Public: no credential required. Powers the /signup?org=<id> page so an invitee can be greeted with the org's name before they have an account.
Name-only by design: no membership, KYB, or other org data is exposed on this surface.
