Field	Type	Notes
`currency`	string	ISO-4217 (`"USD"`, `"EUR"`) for fiat. Ticker (`"USDC"`, `"USDT"`) for stablecoins.
`kind`	`"fiat"` \| `"stablecoin"` \| `"crypto"`	Currency category.
`rails`	`CurrencyRailEntry[]`	Rails that settle the currency. See `GET /rails`.

Field	Type	Notes
`rail`	string	Rail id, as listed by `GET /rails`.
`direction`	`"source"` \| `"destination"` \| `"both"`	Which leg of a quote the pair may be used on.

Not every pair settles both ways. direction is the signal: both means the pair is quotable as either leg, destination means payouts only, source means payins only. Quoting a pair on a leg its direction excludes returns CorridorUnsupported — INR via imps is destination-only today, so an India-sourced payin is refused. See Directionality on the Quotes overview.

direction reads across the whole platform, not one settlement path: a pair is both as soon as value can move in over it and out over it, even when no single path does both halves.
